According to the Land Grants Map, this lot was granted to Thomas Fennel. In 1817 Thomas sold it to John Fennel (D_50242052). The description

…thence east by lands drawn by MacGillivray 320 rods,

…thence south 8° east by lands unknown

…thence west by lands owned by John Fennell 320 rods to the place beginning

…containing 200 acres.
