Chromatography is all about separating molecules out from a mixture. Molecules can be separated by a variety of factors...which factors governed the separation in the two types of chromatography we used?

 

Molecular Exclusion Chromatography

In general, the graphs were fine. Generally speaking, for a single set of data (i.e. one datum at each condition, not an average), use a point-to-point line to connect the dots; use a line of best fit when you have multiple measures at each condition.

Adsorption Chromatography

The answer to the student's question below involves chemistry - chemistry of the mobile and stationary phases, as well as chemistry of the leaf pigments.
