1. Create a database called family2.
2. For fields use: Last Name
First Name
Sex
Relation (i.e. father, mother, sister, brother)
Birth Date
Birth Place
Occupation
Education
Age
3. Create the form for the above fields.
4. Enter your data for your family for the above fields.
5. Print out:
a) a report of your family database, in the standard table format
b) a report of the males in your family.
c) a report of the females in your family over 7 years of age.
d) a report of the first names, age and occupation (nothing else).
The print out should have your name and course (CS 316:2X)
in the page header (top of the page) and the date and
classroom row number in a page footer
(at the bottom of the page).
Be careful of a page footer or a report footer.
Please use a title for each report (i.e. if you do a query or a sort,
please indicate that it is a query or sort and state your criteria).
6. Be sure to set your page setup to print your output on one page.
Use print preview to verify how your output will print out.
7. Additional points will be given if you do more than required.
8. Please put your table first and do not have a front page
to this assignment.
9. This assignment is due one week from today.
