A bit about me … As
a graduate of the StFX Bachelor of Education and Master
of Adult Education programs, I am thrilled to be a part of the Faculty of
Education. Over the past number of years I have taught as a sessional
lecturer at the BEd level while employed as StFX’s Continuing & Distance Education’s
Instructional Designer and Editor. My public school and adult education
classroom teaching have taken me to Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, the
Northwest Territories, China, and virtually around the globe. My research interests involve exploring the pedagogical
constructs of online and virtual classrooms and how technology can add to the
teaching and learning milieu. Another research interest involves data
analysis for program improvement and policy decisions. |
