John McEachern, Margaret MacGillivray, Alexander McDonald, John McIsaac and Donald McIntyre 900 acres of land situated lying and being in the County of Sydney in the following tracts or lots to wit:
Unto the said John McEachern and said Margaret MacGillivray each: 150 acres in severally contained in that certain tract marked number one on the annexed plan abutted and bounded as follows [too far east]:
beginning on the western side of the road leading from Antigonish to malignant Cove in the Gulf Saint Lawrence on the eastern side line of the glebe land where it contains said road thence North 48° East along said sideline 54 chains to the end thereof
Thence south 85° East along the south boundary line of lands located to Alexander McDonald 29 chains to the east boundary line of lands granted George Irish, the Rev. James Grant and John Lawlor
Thence south 8° East along said boundary line 62 chains
Thence north 82° East along the northbound line of said Lawlor's land number 161 chains to the road
Thence northerly along the same to the place of beginning
Containing in this tract 300 acres
Unto the said Alexander McDonald that certain tract marked number two, also that certain tract marked number three on the annexed plan containing each of said tracts numbers two and three 100 acres,
Unto the said John McIsaac that certain tract marked number four on the annexed plan containing 200 acres, the said tracts number one is abutted and bounded as follows vis
Beginning at the rear line of the second division of farm lots back of the Gulf Shore and in the northwestern angle of land located to Ranald MacGillivray in the third division
Hence south 1° west on the western side line of said land 80 chains
Thence south 82° West on ungranted land 13 chains
Thence north 1° east on ungranted land 80 chains to be said East line
Thence north 82° East along the same 13 chains to the place of beginning
The said tracts number three and four are abutted and bounded as follows vis:
Beginning at the above-mentioned rear line and on the north eastern angle of fee said the guilder land fence cells 1° west along the eastern side line of said land e.g. chains
Thence north 82° East on ungranted land 28 chains 25 links
Thence North 67° East 10 chains 50 links
Thence north 1° east he chains to the said rear line
Thence south? 7° West 10 chains 50 links
Thence south east 5° West along the same 28 chains 25 links to the place of beginning
