Said John MacGillivray that certain lot marked number five on the annexed plan containing 200 acres which is about it and bounded as follows that is to say

Beginning at the rear line of the second division of land fronting the Gulf shore near Malignant Cove Western angle of Alexander McDonald's land

Thence south 82° West along said rear line 25 chains

Thence south 1° west on vacant land eighty chains

Thence north 82° East 25 chains to the southwest angle of said McDonald's land

Thence north 1° east key chains to the place of beginning according to the annexed plan
