Martin MacDonald (Georgeville\BLDW60_4206.html)

 

House site near the church at Georgeville once occupied by Martin MacDonald.  Martin previously had lived in the Back Settlement and moved down here in the 1920s.  the house was destroyed in the 1934 fire.

 

There is a building indicated near here on the 1952 topo map (could Bernie have been wrong about the fire?)

 

The following series of photographs indicate a well made cellar with fine stone.
