Brown – Rum Runner (Livingstone_Cove\BLDW60_4245.doc)

This house is reputed to have been built by a Brown who was a rum runner (presumably in the 1920s). Sailing vessels would stop some distance offshore where they would be met by small local vessels to pick up the cargo.
