…on Eigg mountain bounded as follows:

... on the north by lands of the heirs of Angus Grant late Knoydart Farmer deceased.

…on the west by lands of Dougald MacPherson.

…in the east by the lands of the heirs of the late John Smith deceased.

…on the south by lands of the heirs of John Smith aforesaid

…containing 100 acres more or less said northern half part to be set off a line running from the western boundary to the eastern boundary of said lot in parallel with the northern boundary thereof

…together with all and singular the buildings, woods, ways, waters, water courses easements commodities or regiments privileges and appurtenances.
