John MacIsaac of Halliburton's Grant sold the land to Aaron D. Harrington for five shillings [1/3 of a penny per acre]

..situated and lying between the Gulf shore in Antigonish in the Eigg settlement... formally granted to the late Malcolm MacKinnon deceased included in a grant to the late Thomas Dickson Esq. deceased and others.

Land description: “…and bounded as follows:

…by lands granted to W. H. Worthy toward the west [south??];

…by un-granted lands towards the north;

…by lands granted John MacIsaac aforesaid;

…and towards the east by the Western line of lands granted Donald MacGillivray and others

…containing 200 acres more or less and being the same lot or tract of land deeded the 17th day of August 1860 by Roderick MacIsaac and others to the said Aaron D. Harrington.
