Colin Gillis (b.1844-1893-) (Eigg Mountain Settlement History)
One Colin Gillis, probably son of John (Og) Gillis, appears in the 1891 census. His family appears next to McLellan and his nephew William Fettle Gillis. However, the Geological Survey map of 1893 indicates a Colin Gillis closer to the western edge of the mountain. I am treating these two as the same person, but they could easily be different.
