Adding a Segment

To extend an existing curve by adding a segment:

1. Select the Pen tool and click the existing curve you want to edit.

2. Point to the endpoint of a curve until the cursor appears as a hand.

3. Option+clickthe endpoint.

The cursor appears as a hand with a "+" sign inside.

4. Drag to connect more segments to your curve.
