The April exam is scheduled for Friday
April 18 at 9am in NH138. It will be a 2 hour exam, unique to our section
of Math 100. This exam covers all material done in the winter term (more
details on the exam info sheet). You can bring a calculator and an
index-card sized formula sheet. The midterm will cover Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.4,
7.1, 8.1-8.4, 8.6, fractals (at the end of Chapter 8), 12.1-12.3, 13.1-13.4,
3.1.
The best way to study is to go over the key ideas
from each section and do practice problems. So go to the
Sample exercises (which include key ideas), look at old quizzes, look at
online assignment questions.
