I’m a part-time Associate Professor,
Ph.D., who graduated from the University of British Columbia (1995). My research
interests include energy metabolism and obesity in humans. I am particularly
interested in dietary fat as it relates to nutrition knowledge and behaviour of university students. My personal interests
include walking, traveling, cooking, and watching old Frasier episodes.
Throughout this profile, I will be showing pictures of interesting places I
have seen throughout the years.
