With the discovery of the Higgs Boson by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at CERN, the Standard Model (SM) got further credence as the most successful model to explain the fundamental building blocks of matter and forces binding them together. Beyond Standard Model (BSM) in the form of New Physics (NP) search, is an ongoing particle physics research to address the limitations of SM, e.g. source of dark matter, matter anti-matter asymmetry, and charged lepton flavour violation etc.

A particle accelerator and a particle detector were the best technological innovations in the 20th century. Both the instruments, required in the experimental particle physics research, collaborate hundreds of researchers from different countries around the world to contribute to the development, maintenance, and research. A big physics laboratory such as CERN, Switzerland or KEK, Japan, hosts the experimental facilities and collaborations. My ongoing collaborations are with the Belle II experiment at the High-Energy Accelerator Research Organization KEK in Japan, and the BABAR experiment at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory in the USA.
